


My training experience at iLift has far exceeded my expectations. Although I can only train twice a week due to work commitments, I've already noticed significant improvements in my overall well-being, both physically and mentally.
As a Project Manager with Sarawak Energy, Greg faced daily challenges that took a toll on his health.
