Foundation

Depending on your unique goal and level of commitment, a 1-to-1 personal training Program in Kuching at ILift may require anywhere between Rm 1000- 2000 per month with a minimum program commitment of 3 months. Aside from a one-time registration fee, there are no monthly membership fees. For more info on PT rates , click here.

We do offer a Free Consultation or an option for a Trial Week (Lift-Off Starter Pack, RM 450) should you be interested in learning more about the program.
