Most clients train two to four times a week — consistency matters more than intensity.
Most programmes run three to six months. We train for changes that last, and that takes consistency — a few weeks won’t cut it.
Mostly, yes — most clients train one-to-one, just you and your coach. We also offer semi-private sessions, where you train alongside your partner or a family member (one coach, two of you). At your free consultation we’ll recommend what best suits your goals and any health considerations — small-group isn’t right for everyone, and we’ll always be honest about that.
