Welington began coaching back in 2014, inspired by his own experience. He was always the fat teenager, trying approach after approach to lose weight — until he finally walked into a gym and asked for professional help. What started as a fix became a passion, and a desire to change other people’s lifestyles for the better too.
Outside coaching he’s a family man: weekends with his wife and son, short getaways, or simply staying in together — and he physically cannot say no to chicken curry.
