Stan’s sessions aren’t about quick fat loss or punishing diets. They’re about rebuilding the strength, movement and confidence your body is designed for — at a pace you can actually keep.

He coaches slowly and surely, putting clean technique and good form first so you stay safe and pain-free. Progress is measured, not rushed — which is exactly what keeps people training for years instead of weeks.

Drawing on his own struggles with self-esteem as a young man, he leads with empathy. Success, to him, isn’t a number on the scale; it’s less pain, easier movement and a renewed sense of self-worth.

Based at iLift’s Gala City studio in Kuching, Stanley coaches one-to-one and is especially good with older adults and beginners — anyone easing back into exercise who wants a patient, judgement-free guide. His calm, encouraging style makes the first step a lot less scary.

His story

From bullied kid to the coach who lifts others up.

Stan knows what it’s like to feel weak. He was the kid who got bullied, decided to get stronger, and never stopped — then discovered he loved helping the weaker ones do the same. His parents pointed him toward architecture, which he studied and qualified in, but fitness was always his true calling.

His idea of a perfect day is simply “eat, sleep, workout, repeat.” He’s watched modern life make everyone more comfortable but physically weaker, and his mission is simple: help people get their healthy bodies back so they can keep enjoying the things, and people, they love.
