Izzuddin coaches the way he hikes — one solid step at a time. Clean, dependable movement patterns come first, before any heavy lifting, so your body learns to move well and safely.

From there it’s all about consistency: small, repeatable wins stacked day after day until the results take care of themselves. He’ll always find a way to keep you moving forward, even on the tougher days.

His story

The 30 kg that changed everything.

Once overweight and lacking confidence, Izzuddin transformed his life by shedding over 30 kg. The change didn’t just make him stronger — it sparked a whole new sense of confidence and purpose, and a passion for helping others on the same path.

The youngest of a large blended family, he carries the responsibility of caring for both his parents — which, as he puts it, left him “no time to lack confidence.” Fitness gave him both the strength and the purpose he was missing.
