Depending on your unique goal and level of commitment, a 1-to-1 personal training Program at ILift may require anywhere between Rm 1000- 2000 per month with a minimum program commitment of 3 months. Aside from a one-time registration fee, there are no monthly membership fees.
We do offer a Free Consultation or an option for a Trial Week (Lift-Off Starter Pack, RM 450) should you be interested in learning more about the program.
We operate by appointment basis. When starting a program with us, you’ll be able to select your preferred time slot (subject to availability). When your time slot is locked in, we’ll be reserving that time specifically for you each week throughout the duration of your program. Any changes can still be made subject to availability.
Absolutely ! We’ve helped numerous clients regain their joint mobility and move pain free. Your pains and aches will be taken into great consideration when it comes to planning your program. Helping you take back your freedom in movement will be our greatest joy!
That said, in any severe circumstances, it would be better to first get a green light from your physician before proceeding.
Our belief is that most people, regardless of health conditions , could benefit with some form of exercise. However, as we’re not healthcare professionals, we would still recommend that you seek advice from your physician regarding any physical conditions that require long term treatment/medication.
