As a senior manager with two grown-up daughters, Luna found herself overwhelmed by her demanding work life. Her days were consumed by stress, leaving her exhausted with little energy left for herself. She often felt that her life had become solely about work, with no room for wellness or balance. Over the years, she had tried exercising multiple times, but her busy schedule always seemed to win out, and she’d set fitness aside. However, one day, she made a firm decision to reclaim her health. With scoliosis and the feeling that her body was “leaning like the Tower of Pisa,” Luna knew she needed strength, stability, and a change.

She still experiences some joint pain, yet it’s much more manageable now, allowing her to move with greater ease and confidence.
