From Plateau to Progress
As a General Operations Manager with a full schedule, Sean realized it was time to prioritize his health. He had already lost 20 kg through fasting, but he knew exercise was essential to achieving his full potential. Motivating himself was difficult, and he was unsure of where to begin—until he found iLift, a supportive space where he felt comfortable starting his fitness journey without the intensity of a traditional gym.

A Shift in Perspective
With work and family taking up much of his time, Sean’s physical activity had been minimal for years. Past attempts at fitness were brief, and exercise was never a consistent part of his life.
