Fareed’s mission is deeply personal, driven by his empathy for those who struggle with mobility and lack family support. He often wonders, What if they don’t have anyone to help them? This question resonates even more after watching his aunt’s health decline, leaving her bedridden and unable to do the things she loved.
To Fareed, fitness goes beyond strength; it’s about preserving independence and quality of life. He’s passionate about empowering people, especially older adults, to maintain strength and mobility through practical, sustainable routines. His programs focus on gradual, realistic progress, enabling clients to handle daily tasks confidently without relying on others.
Fareed’s goal is to help people build lasting habits that keep them active and independent for as long as possible. By guiding his clients toward self-sufficiency, he hopes to create a ripple effect, leading to healthier, fuller lives free from the limitations he’s seen others endure.
