Our Mission

At ILift PT Studio, we are dedicated to helping individuals become the best version of themselves through their health and fitness. We want to empower our clients to achieve their fitness goals and have the most pleasant and sustainable Personal Fitness Journey they can experience. This mission starts with you, the coach.

Qualities we wish to Inspire our clients

STRENGTH

At ILift, being a trainer is about more than guiding workout sessions—you’ll help clients build the strength that transforms their lives. Strength isn’t just physical; it’s about giving people the confidence to overcome challenges and push past their limits. You’ll guide clients through breakthroughs that will make them stronger in all areas of life, both inside and outside the gym.

You’ll witness how physical strength leads to mental resilience and real-life transformation, allowing you to make a lasting impact on the lives of your clients.

At ILift, independence means helping clients gain the physical strength and capability to take care of themselves. As a trainer, you’ll empower clients to move with confidence, knowing they can handle the demands of everyday life without relying on others. Whether it’s lifting groceries, playing with their kids, or simply staying active as they age, your training will help them become physically self-sufficient.

You won’t just be teaching exercises—you’ll be giving clients the tools and ability they need to live confidently and independently, knowing they can rely on their own physical strength and capabilities.

INDEPENDENCE

FREEDOM

As an ILift trainer, you’ll give clients the freedom to live without the limitations that hold them back. Whether it’s overcoming pain, boosting energy, or gaining confidence, your coaching will help them break free from their obstacles and lead a fuller, more active life.

Your guidance will unlock new possibilities for clients, showing them that they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.

Sounds awesome, but we're not gonna lie...
The industry is filled with challenges

Challenges of the Industry

High Turnover

One of the most pressing challenges in the fitness and personal training industry is the high turnover rate. Many trainers find it difficult to maintain long-term employment due to factors like inconsistent income, job dissatisfaction, and the physical demands of the job. This frequent change in personnel not only affects the stability of fitness centers but also impacts client satisfaction and retention, as clients often prefer continuity in their training relationships.

Long Hours

The demanding nature of the job often requires personal trainers to work long and irregular hours. Early morning sessions, late-night appointments, and weekend classes are common, leaving little time for personal rest and recovery. This erratic schedule can lead to burnout and negatively affect trainers’ personal lives, contributing to the high turnover rate in the industry.

Lack of career progression

Many personal trainers struggle with the lack of clear career progression within the industry. Unlike other professions that offer a structured path for advancement, personal training often lacks opportunities for significant upward mobility. This stagnation can be demotivating for trainers, leading them to seek career changes or additional qualifications in other fields.

Not Viewed as Professionals

Despite the expertise and dedication required to be a successful personal trainer, the profession often lacks the recognition it deserves. Trainers frequently encounter misconceptions about their role, with some people viewing it as a temporary job rather than a viable career. This perception can undermine the industry’s credibility and deter highly skilled individuals from pursuing or continuing careers in personal training.
