Not everyone is a fitness fanatic. We get that. Which is why we would never force any drastic habit changes, nutritional supplements or whatever else that you’re uncomfortable with on you. Our belief is that a balance can be struck for every situation where you can still enjoy the snacks or activities that you love and still make progress with your fitness and health. Besides, our coaches here love their own fast food every once in a while
There shouldn’t be just a singular focus when it comes to training. Unless you’re an athlete, progress doesn’t necessarily come in a singular form. Sometimes believing that only one thing matters causes tunnel vision and will eventually cause bad habits to form from you trying to get fast results in the short term. We’d much rather help you build a proper base in your fitness and health and reap the rewards later
We believe that there needs to be an approach that maybe vastly different for each individual despite having a common fitness goal. This is because no 2 persons have the same bodies and genetics, live the same lives, have the same experiences, while having the same habits and tendencies. Everything should be accounted for and the personal trainers here at iLift will try their best to learn about you and better tailor their approach
When it comes to training, we want to make sure that your time is well spent. We understand that you have others things to do in your life and that improving your health and fitness is only one of your many pursuits. Using science based principles and best practices in training, we will focus on doing more of what gets you to your goals so that you can be in and out in less than an hour!
