Coach Leeda

Trainer

Coach Leeda’s fitness journey began at age seven, when she started taekwondo as a way to feel stronger and protect herself. Growing up as the only girl in her family, she sometimes felt defenseless, especially when faced with bullying. Taekwondo quickly became her outlet, and as she trained over eight hours a week, she built discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of self. Alongside the physical training, she realized the profound impact of having a good coach—someone who could push her to persevere when things got tough.

Her commitment to fitness wavered during a two-year break, and without the structure and purpose that taekwondo provided, she found herself struggling with confidence and facing depression. This experience deepened her understanding of how important fitness is not only for physical health but also for mental well-being.

Today, Coach Leeda is dedicated to helping others find confidence, resilience, and joy in movement. She believes that everyone—not just athletes—benefits from a coach to guide and support them through challenges. Her mission is to make a positive impact by being that source of encouragement and discipline for her clients, helping them build lifelong skills for health, mental strength, and preventative well-being. For Coach Leeda, fitness is not just about physical ability; it’s about empowering people to live fuller, more confident lives.

Her clients describe her as: Friendly, Understanding and Motivating.
